Services
Strategic Planning
RE customizes questionnaires, focus group protocols and tools to support your organizational, project based and individual needs. We offer services to support your organization prior to the planning process, during the process, implementation and communication with various levels of data collection and support along the way.
RE has supported authors with strategic marketing, book releases, social media strategy and building networks.
Senior Adviser and Strategy
RE can work with your leadership team, advisory board, CEO or president for weekly or monthly meetings, executive coaching and mentoring. Many leaders need support for thought partnership or targeted coaching around evaluation goals and KPIs.
RE has coached CEO’s, Executive Directors, Incubators, Founders and School leaders.
Leadership Coaching
For many leaders and leaders of color, a trusted advisor and coach who is NOT an evaluator can be a great resource. This would include a weekly or monthly cadence, access to a weekly resource for leadership content and customized support with readings, tools and support. This service can be for department leads, non-profit leaders, mid-level managers, organization leads across numerous industries and platforms.

School Improvement and Curricular Support
Together with additional networks, RE has trained facilitators on focus groups, supported the creation of curriculum, designed pre and post evaluation surveys and works with the BMC (Black Male Collaborative) on both local and national projects.
Our founder and president has hosted and moderated over 100 panels and discussions. He has been an invited speaker at national events and conferences both in person and virtual.
